NCFHP Highlighted by NACHC for Enabling Services

NCFHP was one of four programs nationwide highlighted by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) for innovative approaches to outreach, case management, health education and other enabling services.

The case studies have been shared nationally with administrators from other federally qualified health centers and posted on NACHC’s website to help spur ideas for other centers to implement and expand these types of services.
