Farmworker Health Clinic Map

In addition to the sites currently funded by NCFHP, there are currently 11 additional health access points in North Carolina that specialize in serving farmworkers and their families, known as Migrant Health Centers. They receive federal funding directly from the Bureau of Primary Health Care within the U.S. Health Resources & Services Administration.

Click here for a map showing the combined farmworker health locations. It is a 2-pg document with the map on side 1 and contact information on side 2, so please note that if printing.
