NCFHP-Funded Farmworker Health Agencies

Map of All Farmworker Health Agencies
in North Carolina

The North Carolina Farmworker Health Program (NCFHP) contracts with a diverse set of local agencies throughout North Carolina to provide outreach services, health education, case management, and medical and dental care to farmworkers and their family members. Currently we support farmworker health programs at community health centers, health departments, nonprofit organizations, one free clinic and one hospital.

NCFHP currently serves 55 counties in the state. Farmworkers in other areas may have access to care through other migrant health centers.
